- Eligibility: The $100 Full Vehicle Detail Giveaway Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Reserve Customs and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on the date it is announced and ends 90 days after the winner is selected.
- How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, participants must subscribe to the Reserve Customs email newsletter at https://www.reservecustoms.com/subscribe-for-loyalty-discounts-from-reserve-customs. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent for any reason will be disqualified.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 voucher for a full vehicle detail that normally costs $275 from Reserve Customs. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the winner selection. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of receipt. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions: Reserve Customs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Reserve Customs' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Reserve Customs in its sole discretion. Reserve Customs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Privacy: By entering the Promotion, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Reserve Customs. Participants' personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Reserve Customs and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
